With the standard travel lifter set. Feuling's Race Series 'Standard Travel' lifters come with full standard travel (.200"). Designed to exceed the needs of larger lifter camshafts and higher valve spring pressures, with a slower bleed rate.
The kit includes everything needed to give the bottom end of the engine a fresh start. Oil pump, cam plate, lifter block/lifter blocks and gasket set. An excellent upgrade and a perfect foundation when installing a high performance camshaft set.
Includes 566126 gasket kit, standard Race Series 707361 tappet set, Race Series 707384 oil pump and 566081 red anodised cam plate.
Note: Gear-driven camshafts require separate purchase of the closure plates part 566113.
Oil is your engine's lifeblood!
The FEULING lubrication system kits combine all the components required to complete your TC engine's lubrication system under a single part number, available in HP+ or RACE SERIES kits. The FEULING lubrication system kits increase oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow and oil return, eliminating wet sumping and oily air filters. Test results show engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure and quieter, smoother engine operation. The results also show a substantial increase in oil pressure and 3 H.P. and 4 Ft. Lbs. of T.Q at the rear wheel.
- Both the HP+ kits and the RACE SERIES kits include the FEULING CNC-machined aluminium high-flow cam plate, made from 7075 aluminium, which is 50% harder and stronger than factory, SE and other aftermarket cam plates. FEULING increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, including matching the oil port holes throughout the cam plate to the port holes in the engine case, which increases engine oil flow to the tappets, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings.
- The HP+ SERIES Kits include a 6061 machined aluminium high-volume oil pump, FEULING high-flow cam plate, HP+ roller hydraulic lifters, gaskets and O-ring kit.
- The RACE SERIES Kits include a hard-anodised 7075 machined aluminium oil pump, which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature. The RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have a .200" total travel designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature greater roller clearance for steep-profile camshafts. The kits include a RACE SERIES oil pump, RACE SERIES lifters, HIGH FLOW cam plate, gaskets and O-rings.
The CONVERSION CAM PLATE Kits #566085 and #707396 use the early style '99-'06 camshafts and upgrade the cam chain system to use the late style '07-'17 hydraulic tensioner system. The 'factory' sprockets, tensioners, chain and hardware are purchased separately.
