'99 model engines using keyed cam/chain sprockets will require a splined cam sprocket rear (sold separately).
The kit uses OE-style spring tensioners. For hydraulic tensioners, see the chain drive conversion kit.
Offers more power than 525 camshafts without sacrificing low-rpm torque.
The extremely smooth cam lobe design keeps the valve train quiet and provides the smoothest available cruising power band.
Excellent bolt-in camshaft for stock to mid-range 96" and 103" engines, and performs well on 88" and 96" engines.
Easy start, improves throttle response and fuel consumption.
Responds well to higher compression ratio, high-performance exhaust and high-flow air filter.
Power range: 1,900 - 6,000 rpm.
High-performance valve springs are required for '99-'04 engines, and high-performance pushrods and tappets are recommended, though not mandatory.
