'99 model engines using a camshaft/sprocket with a keyway require a splined camshaft rear sprocket (sold separately).
The kit uses OE-style spring tensioners. For hydraulic tensioners, see the chain drive conversion kit.
Designed to increase torque range and improve fuel consumption.
Excellent bolt-in camshaft upgrade for stock 88" and 96" engines; also performs very well on 103" stroker engines and responds well to increased compression and head work.
Produces strong low-to-mid-range power with a linear power and torque curve.
Can be used with original valve springs, stems and tappets.
Improves throttle response and facilitates starting.
Power range: 1,750 - 5,500 rpm.
