Battery technology advances rapidly, and these affordable IntAct Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) batteries offer numerous advantages over any conventional battery type. They weigh a third as much, endure five to six times more charge/discharge cycles, last up to six times longer, and deliver up to 50% more Cranking amps than any lead-acid, AGM, or gel battery. Furthermore, Li-Ion batteries retain their charge up to twice as long and can withstand up to ten times more Amps during charging, resulting in significantly shorter charging times whether riding or connected to a battery charger. Do not be misled by the fact that the stated dimensions are smaller than your current, old-fashioned lead-acid battery; a Li-Ion battery is simply that powerful. All IntAct Li-Ion batteries feature double poles and are supplied with plastic fillers to ensure they fit your battery tray perfectly. Consequently, we only have 4 part numbers to suit almost any 12-Volt Harley to date. Have a high-compression monster motor that is always a pain in the neck to start? Simply opt for the Li-Ion battery with the highest capacity and you are good to go!

IMPORTANT! Li-Ion batteries are more vulnerable to high voltage than lead-acid batteries. Please make sure that the charging voltage of your motorcycle does not exceed 14.5 Volt @ 3,000 RPM. A higher voltage will destroy a Li-Ion battery. Installing a new regulator will usually cure this problem. Also, to maintain a Li-Ion battery always use a battery charger that is specifically designed for Li-Ion batteries.
