Jagg, automatic oil radiator bypass valve

Automatic thermostat bypass valve. Oil flow will bypass the oil cooler to prevent overcooling of the engine oil. Simple installation in the oil line.
The automatic bypass valve works because oil in flow will take the path of least resistance and pass through the open bypass orifice instead of going through the oil cooler. As the oil temperature approaches 185˚F (85°C), the actuator begins to move. At 195˚F (90.6°C), the actuator fully closes the bypass orifice and directs all the hot oil to the oil cooler.
Includes all necessary hardware and easy-to-follow installation instructions.
Note: If the oil lines between the oil cooler and the oil source are too short, the oil cooler bypass valve may not fit in the oil lines. This Jagg mini bypass valve requires at least 3" (7.6cm) of straight hose.
