With chrome lifter blocks. Offers a modern Evolution-style rocker lubrication system for Shovelheads. This kit uses the same proven internal (through the pushrods) rocker lubrication system as the Evolution models. This means the rocker oil lines are no longer needed. The Powerglide hydraulic lifters incorporate modern hydraulics, hold pressure better and lubrication is improved as oil is delivered exactly where needed... at the contact point. This kit from Jims includes chromed 7075-T651 CNC-machined aluminium lifter blocks, Powerglide lifters (with Evo-style pushrod seat), special Jims Pro-Lite Worksaver aerospace aluminium pushrods (with oil hole), roller rockers and gaskets for the lifter blocks.
Note: JIMS recommends square type seals for the pushrod covers to achieve the best sealing.
Note: Shovel models 66-E76 will require a tappet guide bolt conversion kit, such as 502990 Allen / 989173 cap style / 513555 Acorn, that is correctly threaded for the 66-E76 cases, so the bolt head fits the L76-84 flat design of these JIMS tappets.
