KB, M8 114"/117" to 128" bore expansion piston kit. +.005"

Forged Super Duty series piston for the Milwaukee Eight 114" and 117" engine, for a big bore conversion to 128". Designed to work with oil/water-cooled engines and valves up to 3mm larger. Crown and top ring groove hard anodised to reflect heat and prevent micro-welding between the ring and the groove. The Line2Line self-lubricating, abradable powder coating technique allows installation with zero clearance; the final clearance will be 0.003". The piston creates its own perfect clearance during running-in; the coating automatically provides the tightest, most perfect fit between piston and cylinder, with no piston rock and the best possible ring sealing.
Note: Compatible with M8 114/117" engines with stock 4.5" stroke. 4.25" bore aftermarket cylinders are required. For valves up to 3mm larger.
