"Wide-Ass" swingarm kit for Dyna models 1996 to 2005

This comprehensive wide tyre conversion kit enables you to fit a 200 rear tyre (measuring 220 mm) onto a 6.25" wide rim on a Dyna chassis, retaining the original 1 1/8" uncut drive belt. If the wheel is slightly offset, tyres up to 230 or 250 can even be used. The kit includes everything required: an extra-wide swingarm, available untreated or powder-coated black; rear wheel axle; rear wheel axle tensioners; untreated or powder-coated black mudguard mounts accommodating a mudguard up to 10 1/4" wide; extended primary drive mounting bolts; a complete 25 mm primary offset kit with a primary spacer; extended crankshaft with extended crank nut; extended main transmission shaft; extended 5th gear pinion with needle bearings and seal; extended drive belt spacer pulley; extended clutch pushrod; starter motor extension; primary-to-transmission spacers; and all necessary fasteners to offset your primary. Also included are swingarm splash guards and spacers to offset the footpegs and exhaust pipe. Two different brake caliper mounts are provided, allowing use on either 1991–1999 or 2000–2005 models with either original or aftermarket rear brake calipers. The kit contains all parts for 1996–2005 models. For 1991–1993 models, you must order the late-style final drive pulley, intermediate 5th gear, and starter motor shaft bolt separately. Installation on 1991–1995 models requires custom fabrication of the mudguard mounts.
