Updated EXP assembly (expandable friction disc)
Updated base material for greater resistance in high-temperature environments, essential for the heat generated by clutch systems.
The bases of the internal walls have been redesigned for greater strength and rigidity, improving the lever feel for the rider.
On the outside of the EXP disc, the friction pads now match the patented friction design of Rekluse TorqDrive clutch discs, helping to equalise oil flow in the clutch pack, promoting better cooling and consistent operation.
The EXP 4.0 wedges have been improved to use rolling contact with integrated pins
Roller pins instead of sliding pins generate less friction and resistance, providing smoother engagement and more direct response, improving power delivery.
