S&S Big bore 117CI cylinder kits

These S&S Big Bore cylinder kits give you a big displacement increase for a small price. Your original crankcases, flywheel, cylinder heads, oil pump and rocker cover are reused. In silver or black wrinkle finishes, the cylinders match the factory finish. These 4 1/8" bore cylinders are .060" shorter than the originals, so you will not encounter any frame clearance problems. The piston weight is the same as the original 96 and Twin Cam 103CI, so no balancing is required. Comes with plated pistons for extreme durability and the piston skirts feature a Wiseco ArmorGlide low-friction coating. The cylinders and pistons are ready to install and include complete piston pins, clips, rings, head gaskets and base gaskets. Installation requires adapting the crankcases to accommodate the larger 4 1/8" cylinders. You may also need to shorten the original manifold by lightly sanding some material from each side of the intake.
 Note: Twin Cooled Touring 2014-2016 require the separate purchase of a ZPN 760444 cylinder head gasket set.
