MCS, reinforced leather hard pannier set. BW. 33 litres

Braided weave construction. Capacity of 33 litres per bag. Dimensions per bag: 55.5 cm long x 19 cm wide x 32 cm high. Made of high-quality 2.8 mm thick split leather. All saddlebags, side bags and sissy bar bags include a 4 mm thick HDPE (thermoplastic polyethylene) back panel, unless otherwise stated. This is the same material kayaks are made of, for example, to ensure maximum strength and shape retention under adverse conditions. The reinforcement plate is sewn to the leather, giving it excellent strength and great universal mounting options. A special slot has been cut into the HDPE back panel, allowing the seam to sit recessed in the slot, below the surface of the back panel. This protects the seam from wear. All bags are pre-treated with a special oil to maximise their lifespan and water resistance. All bags are handmade by experienced staff to ensure a consistent standard of quality.
Mounting note: These panniers can be used with the Ledrie universal pannier rack 559467 or with the Ledrie universal pannier support 55946. As the specific application for each motorcycle and rider preference vary, no hardware is included and no preparations are made for mounting the pannier on the pannier rack. Holes can be drilled in the reinforced rear section of the pannier, at the desired point, and it can be installed on the universal pannier rack frame, which must be ordered separately, or custom-made. Many riders prefer a simple but effective installation to the pannier rack using a few sturdy cable straps.
