Feuling support plate for Twin Cam camshaft

The Twin Cam camshaft support plate increases oil flow by enlarging the oil passages and reservoirs of the pump. The plate is matched to the Feuling or TPD pump, allowing the Twin Cam engine to take advantage of the increased flow of Feuling and TPD pumps. The plate is made from 7075 billet aluminium with a hardened anodised finish for increased strength. This allows the pinion shaft bushing to be eliminated. Another advantage is the increased oil flow to the pinion shaft and connecting rod bearings, and a tighter tolerance in the camshaft bearing bore for press-fit assembly. All this lowers the engine temperature. The pressure valve and spring are designed for greater volume and pressure, avoiding having to stretch the spring or use a spacer. When used with the Feuling or TPD Race pump, you gain 3 extra horsepower at the rear wheel and 4 ft/lbs of torque. These plates install in the stock location, include the bearing retaining plate and mounting hardware, and are designed for use with high-volume oil pumps such as Feuling and TPD pumps. Available for use with standard chain-driven cams as well as for use with aftermarket gear-driven cams.
