S&S, camshaft set 555 Sportster

.555" valve lift. Compatible with 74" to 100" models with a compression ratio of 9.5:1 to 11:1. Better response in the mid and high range. Used with solid or hydraulic lifters and adjustable push rods. Requires checking of spring spacing and clearance.
Note 1: Compatible with XL 00-22 models when a 91-99 XL style sprocket is installed (available from S&S as 909041/2/3/4, 909042, 909043 or 909044) to match the pitch on the second cam.
Note 2: XL 00-03 models with S&S flywheels or pinion shafts require 91-99 style cams and the S&S 86-87 pinion shaft with oil pump drive gear.
Note 3: Stock XL 86-03 valve springs are suitable up to .510" valve lift. Stock XL 04-22 valve springs are suitable up to .585" valve lift.
