Chrome. Forged aluminium. The rocker covers can be used with all S&S Evo-style engines, stock H-D Evo B.T. and XL engines from 1986 to 2003. S&S rocker cover kits come complete with gasket set and OEM-style umbrella valves to suit most stock and aftermarket Evo engines, both lower models (1984-1992) and head-breather models (1993-1999).
Note: Forged rocker covers are approximately 1/2" (12 mm) lower than cast rocker covers. All earlier S&S Retro-Fit Evo 79" and 100" engines, designed to fit Shovelhead frames, are equipped with forged covers for this reason.
