S&S, complete camshaft sump kit with chain drive and 551GE cams

Gear-driven easy-start 551GE (.550" lift) camshafts, direct fit. If you are looking for a high-performance gear-driven camshaft set, we recommend upgrading all other components, as they are upgradeable. This S&S kit includes a standard or easy-start camshaft set, a replacement oil pump with precision tolerances, camshaft support plate, high-performance hydraulic lifters and chrome-molybdenum adjustable pushrods that can be installed without removing the top end. The results? More consistent oil pressure and full gear-driven camshafts. Gear drive offers greater reliability, optimised camshaft timing with higher lift for better performance and less oil pump wear. All sets include direct-fit camshafts for easy installation.
