S&S, oil control valve. For oil-cooled M8 engines

The OEM oil control valve 62700141 and 62700141A (oil pressure check valve), used on all oil/air-cooled M8 engines on the right-hand side of the crankcase, regulates the amount of oil flowing to the oil cooler/heads. The stock assembly includes a formed steel check ball retainer. Over time, this retainer can fatigue and break, causing chips to flow through the oil and cause engine damage. The S&S oil control valve is constructed from machined 6061 aluminium and the check ball retainer is machined from high-strength steel for long-lasting durability. Quick and easy to install.
