All descriptions are made from the seated riding position on the motorcycle, using the fuel valve lever position (on, reserve and off) as the reference.
How to measure your bolt pattern: If you do not have a caliper to measure the centre-to-centre distance of your fuel valve bolts, bend a stiff wire into a horseshoe shape and centre the ends from bolt to bolt. Then transfer that measurement to a ruler.
