This 2-1 Upsweep system is further proof of the craftsman's ability behind this race-inspired 2-1 stainless steel system, which generates stronger torque in the low and mid-range and an unrivalled roar. It must have a 'Works' finish and not be afraid to show its racing genes. For this reason, it is TIG hand-welded and manufactured from high-quality, lightweight 304 stainless steel (ASTM A269), and includes a megaphone muffler. It comes with a partial and functional heat shield; there is nothing here that does not breathe competition, including the Vance & Hines badge. PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology is in fact high-flow cored catalytic converters. They are used to increase mid-range torque, achieving more responsive acceleration from a standstill. They are positioned downstream to reduce heat at the footpegs/platforms by up to 20% and at the header by 50%, optimising rider comfort compared to the stock system.
PCX™ technology uses a high-flow dual-matrix catalyst that improves torque delivery through the mid-range for more responsive acceleration. All of this produces a deeper, full-throated roar, without compromising the design of any Vance & Hines exhaust system.
