Dynatek, Dyna 2000i ignition module and 1 coil kit

2000i ignition module, complete with a Dynatek 3 ohm Twin-Fire II single-fire ignition coil. The module is simply adjusted via switches, with nothing else required. Features include intelligent overvoltage/overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection and adjustable ignition retard. But if you want more... it is fully programmable with the programming kit (902528) and harness (902524), available optionally. Another new feature is data logging. The module records a series of data and stores it. The recorded data can be downloaded via a PC to show engine builders how the engine was used (or abused), should a problem arise in the future.
Offers PC programming:
* Fully open throttle curve definable in eight points.
* Partial throttle curve fully definable in eight points.
* Rev limiter in 50 RPM increments.
* Programmable cold start revs from 0 to 10.
* Programmable rear cylinder offset of +/- 10 degrees.
Offers data logging:
* Total engine running hours.
* Time at full throttle.
* Maximum continuous operating time at full throttle.
* Number of engine starts (2 minutes of running count as one).
* Max RPM.
* Seconds close to the rev limit.
* Statistical analysis of time at RPM.
Note: It is recommended to use ignition modules and coils from the same manufacturer. Mixing different brands can cause premature failure. The coil must be within the range of 2.5 to 3.5 ohms. Carbon core, graphite or spiral suppressor spark plug cables are required. Do not use copper core cables.
Note: Dyna does not supply the ignition rotor. The OEM Harley rotor (OEM 32402-83) and mounting bolt (OEM 2611B) must be reused or ordered separately as rotor and bolt kit 920402.
Note: The optional programming kit is available as 902528 (Incl. software, USB connections and operating instructions). The programming harness 902524 (Programming harness, pigtail. Installed on the bike, it is the link between the ignition and the USB) is required to programme the 2000i ignition module.
Note: Not compatible with kick-start models.
