With 'ears'. Fits against the crankcase, behind the camshaft. This is the 'early' 58-90 locked model, for which a separate thrust washer is used to achieve correct camshaft end play. Also used on virtually all aftermarket 58-99 single camshaft engines.
Note: For 91-99 OEM crankcases the MCS 906636 thrust washer is used, which is not 'locked' as it has no 'ears'. Shimming washers cannot be used with this thrust washer for correct end-play, as even the thinnest one is already too thick.
