It offers a 20% increase in oil flow on the supply side and a 52% increase on the suction side, with independent suction sections for the flywheel cavity and the cam chest, both with filter screens on the suction intakes. A magnet in the cam chest helps prevent debris from entering the pump. The pressure relief valve is adjustable and adjustments can be made with the oil pump installed on the engine.
