Rigid hardtail frame for Evolution Sportster by Kraft/Tech

These Hardtail rigid frames were developed for Evolution Sportster engine models from 2004. Like all Kraft/Tech frames, they are made from thick-wall seamless tubing. It has 1/4" tubing with a 1 1/2" diameter backbone. Available with 30 degrees of rake for use with 130 wide rear tyres in conjunction with a 1 1/8" belt, 30 degrees of rake and 2" 1 1/8 stretch in the downtubes for use with a 180 wide rear tyre and a 1 1/8" wide belt, or 34 degrees of rake and 2" or 3" stretch in the downtubes for use with a 180 rear tyre and a 1 1/8" wide belt. The wide frames will accept a 200 rear tyre when the final drive is converted to chain drive. All frames feature TIG/MIG welds, solid steel with CNC machined neck and axles. The tank mounts, mudguard supports and voltage regulator mount are welded in the correct position. The frames come with 3/4" rear wheel axles and are designed for use with a 1/2" offset transmission sprocket for proper balance. Like most Kraft/Tech frames, the HardTail frames for 1986 to 2003 Sportster engines are approved and can be used with engines up to 150HP. The frames for 2004 to present Sportster engines are approved.
