With short travel tappet set. Feuling's 'Short Travel' competition tappets feature a shorter travel (0.115"), keeping the engine quiet. The reduced travel decreases the amount of pushrod travel and oil needed to fill the inside of the tappet, which reduces oil aeration inside the tappet on fast-action, high-lift cams.
The kit includes everything needed to renew the bottom end. Oil pump, cam plate, tappet/lifter assembly and gasket set. Excellent upgrade and perfect foundation when installing a high performance cam set.
Includes gasket set 566126, short travel Race Series tappets 707364, Race Series oil pump 707381 and red anodised cam plate 566080.

Oil is your engine's lifeblood!
The FEULING lubrication system kits combine all the components required to complete the TC engine's lubrication system under a single part number, available in HP+ or RACE SERIES kits. The FEULING lubrication system kits increase oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow and scavenge return, eliminating wet sumping and oily air filters. Test results show engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure and quieter, smoother engine operation. The results also show a substantial increase in oil pressure and 3 H.P. and 4 Ft. Lbs. of T.Q at the rear wheel.
- Both the HP+ and RACE SERIES kits include the FEULING high-flow cam plate manufactured from 7075 aluminium, which is 50% harder and stronger than factory, SE and other aftermarket cam plates. FEULING increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, including matching the oil port holes throughout the cam plate to the port holes in the engine case, increasing engine oil flow to the tappets, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings.
- HP+ SERIES kits include a high volume 6061 machined aluminium oil pump, FEULING high flow cam plate, HP+ roller hydraulic lifters, gaskets and O-ring kit.
- The RACE SERIES ST kits include a hard anodised 7075 machined oil pump, which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature. FEULING's RACE SERIES short travel (ST) hydraulic lifters are a revolutionary new design with 0.115" total travel versus a full travel lifter with 0.200". These hydraulic lifters increase RPM by reducing valve float and valvetrain harmonics, whilst keeping the engine quiet. The reduced travel decreases the amount of oil required to fill the inside of the lifter, reducing oil aeration within the lifter on fast-acting, high-lift cams.
The kits include a RACE SERIES oil pump, ST RACE SERIES short travel lifters, high flow cam plate, gaskets and O-rings.
Cam plate conversion kits no. 566085 and no. 707396 use the old-style '99-'06 cams and upgrade the cam chain system to use the late-style '07-'17 hydraulic tensioner system. The sprockets, tensioners, chain and 'factory' hardware are purchased separately.
