With short travel tappet set. Feuling's Race Series 'Short Travel' hydraulic lifters have a shorter travel (0.115"), keeping the engine quiet. Reducing the travel decreases the amount of lifter bleed-down and the oil needed to fill the inside of the lifter, which reduces oil aeration inside the lifter on fast-acting, steep high-lift cams.
The kit includes everything needed to refresh the bottom end of the engine. Oil pump, cam plate, tappet/lifter assembly and gasket set. Excellent upgrade and the perfect foundation when installing a high performance cam kit.

The FEULING lubrication system kits combine all the components required to complete your TC engine's lubrication system under a single part number, available in HP+ or RACE SERIES kits. The FEULING lubrication system kits increase oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow and oil return, eliminating wet sumping and oily air filters. Test results show engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure and quieter, smoother engine operation. The results also show a substantial increase in oil pressure and 3 H.P. and 4 Ft. Lbs. of T.Q at the rear wheel.
- Both the HP+ and RACE SERIES kits include the FEULING high-flow cam plate, machined from anodised 7075 aluminium, which is 50% harder and stronger than factory, SE and other aftermarket cam plates. FEULING increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, including matching the oil port holes throughout the cam plate with the port holes in the engine case, which increases engine oil flow to the lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings.
- The RACE SERIES ST kits include a hard anodised 7075 alloy oil pump, which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature. The FEULING Short Travel (ST) hydraulic lifters are a revolutionary new design with 0.115" of total travel versus a full travel lifter with 0.200". These hydraulic lifters increase RPM by decreasing valve float and valvetrain harmonics, keeping the engine quiet. The reduced travel decreases the amount of oil required to fill the lifter's interior, which reduces oil aeration inside the lifter on fast-acting, steep, high-lift camshafts.
The kits include a RACE SERIES oil pump, Short Travel (ST) RACE SERIES lifters, HIGH FLOW cam plate, gaskets and O-rings.
