With a special 99-06 to 06-17 conversion cam plate, designed to work with early style Twin Cam chain camshafts (99-06), while upgrading from the stock mechanical tensioner to the later improved hydraulic chain tensioner system (07-17).
A competitively priced upgrade to the standard lubrication system. The OE+ machined aluminium oil pump and matching OE+ machined aluminium cam plate help to increase oil pressure and return volumes. The OE+ machined aluminium cam plates have greater rigidity and are machined to tighter tolerances than standard. The OE+ cam plate pressure relief valve and spring are seated and pre-configured to blow off at 50-60 psi. The OE+ oil pumps are assembled without O-rings in the pump housings, similar to OEM and SE oil pumps. Includes bearing retainer plate and fasteners.
Note: Requires separate purchase of OEM-style hydraulic chain tensioners, chains and front sprockets, available as Feuling kit 566031 (for Softail 01-06; Dyna 01-05; Touring 02-06, models without cam chain position sensor) or 707251 (for Twin Cam 99-00; FLT 2001, models with cam chain position sensor).
