FEULING M8 oil-cooled cam chest kits include all the necessary components from the top to the bottom of the cam chest, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These cam chest kits take the guesswork out of the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.

592 CAM - "The big and aggressive one" Put on the long pants and get serious about cylinder size, ported heads and throttle body. Aggressive camshaft requiring high-lift, high-load valve springs, pushrods and high-performance lifters. A high-flow air filter and a three-step exhaust pipe are highly recommended.
NOTE: High lift/high load valve springs are required; see recommended FEULING HIGH LOAD BEEHIVE valve spring kit #1207. Clearances MUST be checked when installing this camshaft.
Due to the large volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the M8 oil pump rear cover seal/O-ring, we have added the groove (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased compression loss per cylinder, poor sub-seal O-ring sealing, elevated crankcase breather hole and/or crankcase plug (see the PRO M8 TIP below) and wider clearances between the lifter and lifter bore.

The kits include: FEULING high volume oil pump, high flow machined aluminium cam plate, REAPER Series camshaft, short travel hydraulic roller lifters, fixed length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO cam bearings, rocker studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
- The RACE SERIES kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 machined aluminium oil pump, RACE SERIES lifters, high-flow CNC-machined 7075 aluminium cam plate.
• CNC machined 7075 aluminium oil pump that is 50% harder and more durable than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature and deeper suction kidneys than the HP+ oil pump.
• Deeper suction kidney ports than the HP+ series for greater suction flow volume.
• The RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have a total travel of .200" designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float, and feature increased roller clearance for aggressive ramp camshafts and clearance for the front M8 exhaust cam flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to achieve the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil drain plug is on the right-hand side of the engine. Letting the motorbike idle or warm up on the side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and unbalance the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike whilst it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
