FEULING M8 Oil Cooled cam case kits include all the components needed from the top to the bottom of the cam case, conveniently packaged under a single part number. These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but to do so in perfect harmony. These cam case kits take the guesswork out of the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimal performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.

521 CAM - Aggressive pulling power with a "fearsome" sound, the REAPER 521 grind will shine in 114" and larger engines with increased compression ratio. Ported heads are not mandatory, but they will complement the cam and add even more pulling power throughout the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent powerband and the use of a high-flow throttle body will increase peak power figures. A high-flow exhaust system and air filter are strongly recommended for optimal performance.
NOTE: High-lift valve springs are mandatory on stock heads, see the FEULING BEEHIVE #1107 valve spring kit. SE heads have high-lift valve springs and will accept the 521 profile cam.
Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the O-ring groove/seal on the rear cover of the M8 oil pump, we have added the groove (11/05/21). Although Feuling's internal testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with higher cylinder compression loss, poor sub-seal O-ring sealing, elevated crankcase breather hole and/or crankcase plug (see the M8 PRO TIP below) and wider lifter-to-bore clearances.

The kits include: FEULING high-volume oil pump, HIGH FLOW alloy camplate, REAPER Series camshaft, short travel roller hydraulic lifters, fixed length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO cam bearings, rocker studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
- The RACE SERIES kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 alloy oil pump, RACE SERIES tappets, HIGH FLOW 7075 aluminium alloy camplate.
• 7075 aluminium alloy oil pump that is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, deeper scavenging sections than the HP+ oil pump.
• Deeper sump suction ports than the HP+ series for greater suction flow volume • SERIE RACE hydraulic lifters have .200" total travel designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float, and feature greater roller clearance for cams with aggressive ramps and clearance for the M8 exhaust front cam flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to achieve the correct hot oil level on your motorbike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil intake is on the right side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on the side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and unbalance the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike while it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
