S&S, forged oil pump. Style 92-99

With lower feed line placement and OEM-style oil return. Fully CNC machined to maintain tight tolerances and strict quality control. This pump is not equipped with rear chain lubrication provision. All S&S forged aluminium pumps come complete with everything needed to replace the stock pump and include fitting instructions. Machined with an oil pressure relief passage that relieves pressure build-up over the valve to maintain constant oil pressure. The oil pressure regulation diverts excess oil directly to the supply side of the pump and reduces the amount of oil returned to the tank, decreasing foaming and cavitation.
Note: There can be more differences in Harley-Davidson engine crankcases than you might think. Sometimes it is necessary to plug or drill a hole. S&S offers a drilling template as MCS 518150. This is a special tool that mounts on the crankcase and is used as a guide to help you drill the holes correctly.
