FEULING M8 water-centred/cooled cam case kits include all the components needed from the top to the bottom of the cam case, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that each individual part is designed to work and function together, but to do so in total harmony. These cam case kits take the guesswork out of the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.

521 CAM - Aggressive pulling power with a "fierce" sound, the REAPER 521 profile will shine on 114" and larger engines with added compression ratio. Ported heads are not mandatory but will complement the cam and add even more pulling power throughout the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent power band and using a high-flow throttle body will increase peak power figures. A high-flow exhaust system and air filter are highly recommended for optimum performance.
NOTE: High lift valve springs are required on original cylinder heads, see FEULING BEEHIVE valve spring kit #1107 or #1108. SE cylinder heads have high lift valve springs and accept the 521 profile cam. Heavy duty one-piece pushrods are also highly recommended, see #4087.
Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the O-ring/seal in the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove! (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sealing of the sub-seal O-ring, elevated crankcase breather port and/or crankcase plug (see the M8 PRO TIP below) and looser rocker-to-rocker bore clearances.

The kits include: FEULING high-volume oil pump, HIGH FLOW alloy cam plate, REAPER Series camshaft, hydraulic lifters, fixed-length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO cam bearings, rocker studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
The RACE SERIES kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 alloy oil pump, RACE SERIES lifters, 7075 aluminium alloy HIGH FLOW cam plate.
• 7075 aluminium alloy oil pump that is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, deeper scavenging sections than the HP+ oil pump.
• Intake kidney ports deeper than the HP+ series for greater intake flow volume • RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have .200" total travel designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature greater roller clearance for aggressive ramp camshafts and clearance for the front M8 exhaust cam lobe flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT EXCEED THE OIL TANK LEVEL It is important to obtain the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil drain is on the right-hand side of the engine. Leaving the bike idling or warming it up on the side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike while it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
