FEULING M8 oil-cooled cylinder head kits include all the necessary components from the top to the bottom of the head, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These head kits remove uncertainty from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.

Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the retainer/O-ring in the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove! (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sealing of the sub-seal O-ring, elevated crankcase breather port and/or crankcase plug (see the M8 PRO TIP below) and looser rocker-to-rocker bore clearances.
538 CAM - Aggressive camshaft with a "ferocious" sound. This cam accelerates quickly and pulls hard on engines with large-displacement cylinders, modified heads, intake, compression and exhaust. The REAPER 538 profile will shine on 124" and larger engines with added compression ratio. Ported heads are not necessary but will complement the cam and add even more pulling power throughout the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent power band and using a high-flow throttle body will increase peak power figures. A high-flow exhaust system and air filter are strongly recommended for optimum performance. FEULING strongly recommends combining this cam with our RACE SERIES lubrication system.
NOTE: High-lift valve springs are required on the original cylinder heads, see FEULING BEEHIVE valve spring kit #1107 or #1108. SE cylinder heads have high-lift valve springs but they should be verified. High-strength one-piece pushrods are also highly recommended, see #4087.

-The RACE SERIES Kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 alloy oil pump, RACE SERIES rocker arms, HIGH FLOW 7075 alloy camshaft plate.
• 7075 alloy oil pump that is 50% harder and more durable than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, deeper suction rotors than the HP+ oil pump.
• Deeper kidney intake ports than the HP+ series for even more intake flow volume • SERIE RACE hydraulic lifters have a total travel of .200" designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float, and feature greater roller clearance for camshafts with aggressive ramps and clearance for the front M8 camshaft lobe flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to achieve the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil intake is on the right side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on the side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike while it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
