Feuling, Race Series Lubrication System. 99-06 to 06-17 conv.

With special 99-06 to 06-17 conversion camplate, designed to use early (99-06) Twin Cam style camshafts, whilst upgrading the original mechanical chain tensioning system to the later (07-17) hydraulic system.
With standard travel race tappets. The Feuling Race Series 'Standard Travel' tappets come with full standard travel (.200"). Designed to exceed the needs of higher lift camshafts and higher valve spring pressures, with a slower bleed rate.
The kit includes everything needed to give the bottom end a fresh start. Oil pump, cam plate, tappet / lifter assembly and gasket set. Great upgrade and the perfect foundation when installing a high performance cam kit.
Includes gasket kit 566126, standard race lifter kit 707361, series Race oil pump 707384 and machined finish cam plate 566082.

Oil is your engine's lifeblood!
FEULING lubrication system kits combine all the components needed to complete the TC engine lubrication system under 1 part number, available in HP+ or RACE SERIES kits. FEULING lubrication system kits increase oil pressure, oil volume, engine oil flow and suction return, eliminating wet sumping and oily air filters. Test results show engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure and quieter, smoother engine operation. The results also show a substantial increase in oil pressure and 3 H.P. and 4 Ft. Lbs of T.Q at the rear wheel.
- Both the HP+ and RACE SERIES kits include the FEULING high-flow cam plate made from 7075 aluminium, which is 50% harder and stronger than factory, SE and other aftermarket cam plates. FEULING increases oil flow and volume by enlarging the oil pump reservoirs and critical oil passages, including matching the oil port holes throughout the cam plate with the port holes in the engine case, which increases engine oil flow to the lifters, piston cooling jets, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings.
- HP+ SERIES kits include a high volume 6061 machined aluminium oil pump, FEULING high flow cam plate, HP+ roller hydraulic lifters, gaskets and O-ring kit.
- The RACE SERIES kits include a CNC machined 7075 aluminium hard anodised oil pump, which is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature. The RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have a total travel of .200" designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and offer greater roller clearance for camshafts with aggressive profiles. The kits include a RACE SERIES oil pump, RACE SERIES lifters, high-flow cam plate, gaskets and O-rings.
The #566085 and #707396 CAM PLATE CONVERSION kits use the early style '99-'06 camshafts and upgrade the cam chain system to use the late style '07-'17 hydraulic tensioner system. The 'factory' sprockets, tensioners, chain and hardware are purchased separately.
