FEULING M8 oil-cooled cylinder head kits include all the components needed from the top to the bottom of the head, conveniently packaged under a single part number. These combined kits not only ensure that each individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These cylinder head kits eliminate the guesswork from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.
• RACE SERIES kit • Quieter, smoother engine operation • Increases oil pressure, scavenging volume and engine oil flow • 30% more pressure gear volume than stock • 53% more scavenging gear volume than stock • 42% more scavenging volume with port, passage and hole sizing matching the crankcase • 46% more oil volume to the crankshaft and rod bearings • Engine temperatures 15-25 degrees cooler • Oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler • 10-30 PSI additional oil pressure • Reduces wet sumping, blow-by and oily air filters • Magnets in the oil pump to help protect the gears and pressure relief valve • Test results show a gain of 2 HP and 2 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel on Milwaukee Eight • NOTE: Feuling tests show a 50% reduction in sump oil level.
Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the O-ring/seal in the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sealing of the sub-seal O-ring, elevated crankcase breather port and/or crankcase plug (see the M8 PRO TIP below) and looser rocker-to-rocker bore clearances.
592 CAM - 'The big and aggressive one' Put on your big-boy pants, get serious about cylinder size, ported heads and throttle body. Aggressive camshaft requiring high-lift, high-load valve springs, pushrods and performance rocker arms. A high-flow air filter and a triple-stepped exhaust pipe are highly recommended.
NOTE: High lift/high load valve springs are required, see recommended Feuling HIGH LOAD BEEHIVE valve spring kit #1207. Clearances MUST be checked when installing this camshaft.

The kits include: FEULING high volume oil pump, high flow machined aluminium camplate, REAPER Series camshaft, hydraulic roller lifters, fixed length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO camshaft bearings, lifter blocks and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
- The RACE SERIES kits include a RACE SERIES oiling system: 7075 machined oil pump, RACE SERIES rocker arms, high flow 7075 machined aluminium cam plate.
• Machined 7075 aluminium oil pump that is 50% harder and more durable than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, with deeper scavenge rotors than the HP+ oil pump.
• Intake kidney ports deeper than the HP+ series for even greater intake flow volume • RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have .200" total travel designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature greater roller clearance for aggressive ramp camshafts and clearance for the front M8 exhaust cam lobe flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to obtain the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% when hot.
Note: The M8 oil scavenge port is on the right-hand side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on its side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike whilst it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
