Feuling, Reaper 630 Twin Cam conversion camshaft kit

Used to convert 1999-2006 Twin Cams, with the original spring-adjusted mechanical chain tensioners, to the 06-17 style hydraulic tensioners that operate on engine oil pressure. This 06-17 hydraulic system is superior and is used on all later model Twin Cams.
.630" intake and exhaust valve lift. Very high-performance camshaft. Offers aggressive performance gains for large engines (2,500 - 6,900 RPM). Requires tuning. High-performance valve springs, pushrods, lifters and clutch are required.
Fitting notes:
- Additional parts required. The '99-'06 Twin Cam engine conversion camshafts use the 99-06 inner journals with the 07-17 outer journals, allowing the use of the original 07-17 cam plates, oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners and chain sprockets.
- This conversion camshaft will not fit a conversion cam plate. The 07-16 original style cam plate is required.

Feuling, OE+ hydraulic cam chain tensioner conversion kit 707402 Twin Cam 99-00; 2001 FLT or 707403 Twin Cam 01-06 (excl. 2001 FLT; 2006 Dyna).
When installing conversion camshafts in 99-06 style Twin Cam engines, the use of a 07-17 style cam plate and oil pump is required. Therefore, the following parts are also required:
707246 Outer chain. Replaces 25675-06.
707245 Inner chain. Replaces 25683-06.
921614 Outer 17-tooth crankshaft sprocket. Replaces 25673-06.
921615 34-tooth outer cam sprocket. Replaces 25728-06.
948489 Outer hydraulic tensioner unit. Replaces 39968-06.
948490 Inner hydraulic tensioner unit. Replaces 39969-06.
Feuling Spacer Kit:
The kit includes a thrust washer and a cam alignment spacer of each size.
25729-06 Thrust washer for front cams .100".
25731-06 Cam alignment spacer .110". Use as required.
25734-06 Cam alignment spacer .120". Use as required.
25736-06 Cam alignment spacer .130". Use as required.
25737-06 Cam alignment spacer .140". Use as required.

Note: Installation requires 2 units of these spacers.
Note: The correct spacer thickness is essential for proper sprocket alignment.

Twin Cam 99-01 with Magneti Marelli ignition:
99-01 engines with Magneti Marelli ignition require the use of the Andrews 503707 pinion gear to replace the original 34-tooth outer cam drive gear 25728-06.
