The FEULING M8 oil-cooled cam chest kits include all the necessary components from the top to the bottom of the chest, conveniently packaged under a single part number. These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These cam chest kits remove uncertainty from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.

Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the O-ring/seal on the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove! (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with higher per-cylinder compression loss, poor subsell O-ring sealing, elevated crankcase breather hole and/or crankcase plug (see M8 PRO TIP below) and looser clearances between the lifter and lifter housing.
592 CAM - "The big and aggressive one" Put on the big boy pants, get serious about cylinder size, ported heads and the throttle body. Aggressive camshaft requiring high-lift valves and high-load valve springs, pushrods and high-performance lifters. A high-flow air filter and a triple stepped exhaust pipe are highly recommended.
NOTE: High lift/high load valve springs are required, see recommended Feuling #1207 HIGH LOAD BEEHIVE valve spring kit. Clearances MUST be checked when installing this camshaft.

The kits include: FEULING high-volume oil pump, HIGH FLOW alloy cam plate, REAPER Series camshaft, short-travel roller hydraulic lifters, fixed-length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO cam bearings, rocker studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
- The RACE SERIES Kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 alloy oil pump, RACE SERIES tappets, high-flow 7075 aluminium cam plate.
• 7075 alloy oil pump that is 50% harder and more durable than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, deeper suction rotors than the HP+ oil pump.
• Deeper intake kidney ports than the HP+ version for a greater intake flow volume • The RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have a .200" total travel designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float and feature greater roller clearance for camshafts with steep ramps and clearance for the front M8 exhaust cam lobe flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to achieve the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil scavenge port is on the right-hand side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on its side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike whilst it is still in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
