The FEULING M8 oil-cooled cylinder head kits include all the necessary components from the top to the bottom of the head, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These head kits remove uncertainty from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.
• RACE SERIES kit • Quieter, smoother engine operation • Increased oil pressure, scavenging volume and engine oil flow • 30% more pressure gear volume than stock • 53% more scavenging gear volume than stock • 42% more scavenging volume with port, passage and hole sizing matching the crankcase • 46% more oil volume to the crankshaft and rod bearings • Engine temperatures 15-25 degrees cooler • Oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler • 10-30 PSI additional oil pressure • Reduces wet sumping, blow-by and oily air filters • Magnets in the oil pump to help protect the gears and pressure relief valve • Test results show a gain of 2 HP and 2 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheel on Milwaukee Eight • NOTE: FEULING tests show a 50% reduction in sump oil level.
Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the groove for the O-ring/seal of the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove (11/05/21). Although Feuling's internal testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sub-seal O-ring sealing, elevated crankcase bore and/or crankcase plug (see PRO M8 TIP below) and larger clearances between the lifter and bore.
487 CAM - Bolt-in. Hot rod camshaft, ideal for 114" and 117" engines looking for maximum performance. Aggressive idle lope. Keeps power in the lower end and pulls hard above 2,950 RPM compared to stock. Responds very well to cylinder expansion or compression. A high-flow exhaust system and air filter are strongly recommended for optimum performance. FEULING recommends pairing this cam with our RACE SERIES oiling system.

The kits include: FEULING high volume oil pump, machined high-flow aluminium cam plate, REAPER Series camshaft, hydraulic roller lifters, fixed length pushrods, TIMKEN/KOYO cam bearings, rocker studs and nuts, gaskets, O-rings, ARP cam/crankshaft fasteners, washers, molybdenum lubricant and LOCTITE.
-The RACE SERIES Kits include a RACE SERIES lubrication system: 7075 machined aluminium oil pump, RACE SERIES lifters, high-flow 7075 machined aluminium cam plate.
• CNC-machined 7075 aluminium oil pump that is 50% harder and stronger than the factory pump, maintaining tighter tolerances under temperature, deeper scavenging sections than the HP+ oil pump.
• Deeper suction kidney ports than the HP+ series for greater suction flow volume.
• The RACE SERIES hydraulic lifters have a total travel of .200", designed with a slower bleed rate to handle high valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float, and feature increased roller clearance for steep ramp camshafts and clearance for the M8 front exhaust cam lobe flange.
OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to achieve the correct hot oil level on your motorbike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% when hot.
Note: The M8 oil drain plug is on the right-hand side of the engine. Leaving the motorbike idling or warming it up on the side stand will naturally fill the crankcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike whilst it is in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading)
4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
